Welcome to my site!
Hi, thanks for looking me up! As you see from the big blue neon sign above, my name is Ron Riskie. I'm a Web Designer, Web content editor and a multimedia producer.

Well, I've created this site for a few reasons. Firstly, I'm looking for a new job. Secondly, I'm in the freelance Web design business. And C, everyone should have there own website, right? Right!

Web Editor
Currently I work as a "Web Editor" for a major medical news publishing company where I create web pages and format graphics and text for web delivery. I have learned a great deal about website layout, HTML/CSS, Photoshop and other multimedia programs while doing this job. However, I feel that it is now time for me to move on in my career. Web Design Business
I also work in the Web design business for myself. I've been working on the web for several years now and have created websites primarily for small businesses. If you are interested in having your name (or your businesses name) in lights, please contact me and we can work out a really great deal, I'm sure.

In General:
Who am I? Well, I'm all about tech stuff, I'm good with gadgets and computers. I'm not a nerd however (so I think). I love music, I'm the ultimate guy to ask the question, "Who sings that song"? I have worked for a major radio station company in Philadelphia (WMMR & WMGK). I've partied with rock stars and have been to a bunch of free rock concerts. On the other hand, I've also worked in sales, mainly selling the one thing we all can't live without... cell phones!

Most recently I've been serious about the web business. I've always loved creating websites and exploring the newest final frontier... cyberspace (I hate to say it, do they still call it that??). Hopefully working in the web design business will be my final frontier as well.

As far as my free time goes, I love the sport of running. I'm a runner in the Woodbury Road Runnners Club. If anyone reading this is from the Woodbury NJ area, we meet for our weekly "fun runs" at the Wood St. parking lot near the high school every Thursday at 6:30pm. The road runners club website is coming soon from yours truly (preview).

I'm also an amateur professional photographer. Yeah, that's right, anyone can pick up a camera and take a picture. I actually try to get a little artistic and creative every now and then with my photos. Stay tuned for my photo page, coming soon...

Music is in my blood. Everyone has their special share of useless knowledge about something, mine is pop music. If anyone hears about open auditions for "Don't forget the Lyrics" in the Philadelphia area, let me know, I'll cut you in on my million dollar prize! I also dabble with the guitar and can play most CCR and Tom Petty songs.
